Refund & Warranty Policy
At Rover & Ridge, a division of GMC Synergy (Pty) Ltd, we are committed to delivering quality products. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.
No Change-of-Mind Returns We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Please ensure you have selected the correct product before completing your order. If you have any questions about a product prior to purchasing, please contact us at roverandridgeza@gmail.com.
12-Month Manufacturer's Warranty All products sold by Rover & Ridge are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidental damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by failure to follow product instructions
- Products that have been modified or repaired by unauthorised parties
Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at info@roverandridge.co.za with your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the claim and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Warranty Claims To submit a warranty claim, contact us at info@roverandridge.co.za with your proof of purchase and a description of the defect. If the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or repair at our discretion.
Refunds Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
