Shipping policy

At Rover & Ridge, we offer two fulfilment methods depending on the product you order. Your order confirmation will indicate which applies.

ZA Dropshipping Products Products fulfilled by our dropshipping partner, ZA Dropshipping, are shipped directly from their warehouse to your door. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days within South Africa. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Own Inventory Products Products shipped directly from Rover & Ridge are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days depending on your location within South Africa. Tracking information will be provided via Bob Go once your order is collected.

Shipping Costs Free shipping on all orders over R1000 A flat shipping fee of R99 applies to orders below this threshold.
